CoachArena
The club side of FanMind: what reliable fans would do, as a brief.
CoachArena is FanMind's private club console. It turns the plans of fans whose calls have held up into a short tactical brief for each match.
Who it is for
Coaching, analysis and fan-engagement staff at football clubs who want a structured read of what their most reliable supporters would do, separate from the noise of the loudest voices.
What a brief contains
- Ranked strategy packages. Fans' plans, weighted by each fan's reliability and grouped into a few complete tactical plans, with how much of the weighted crowd backs each one.
- Raw against weighted. What every fan said next to what the reliable fans said, so the difference is visible.
- A Monte Carlo estimate, labelled uncalibrated. Each package is simulated against an opponent model. It is not a prediction, and it will only count as calibrated after at least 100 real scored fixtures with a Brier score of 0.20 or better.
- A post-match report. The packages compared with what actually happened, and the few fans whose calls were most accurate, by nickname.
What it does not contain
Any individual fan's plan. Clubs see the weighted crowd and its packages, never one person's submission, and fans never see the crowd's combined picks. The rule is enforced where the data is read.
Status today
CoachArena runs on the synthetic demonstration dataset of 12,000 generated fans. No club currently receives it.
